
We had a romantic dinner at Olivetti and the Sous Chef, Filipe, was terrific and introduced himself to us. They made us feel like royalty the entire time. All of the staff at this resort were extremely friendly. Filiberto and Pablo, the best bartenders, were our favorites at the Maya pool. He went above and beyond to ensure that we were well taken care of. Edgardo Garcia was our concierge and he was outstanding. I have absolutely NOTHING to complain about. The food, reception, ceremony - everything was beautiful. Rodrigo the DJ had the best playlist from our song choices and people literally didn't stop dancing for three straight hours.

She is the most professional person I've worked with in her field. Mariela made sure every detail was taken care of. Mariela Galarza was the wedding planner and her staff were superb! Especially Tania. We had 25 people attend our wedding on June 3, 2023. We got married at the Iberostar Selection Paraiso Maya and it was truly amazing.

On the other hand, we regret that you had some difficulties with your dinner reservations, however, allow us to explain that our á la carte restaurants operate under a system of different schedules, planned to create a personalized and fine dining experience.
